Buying a laptop, confused between performance and reliability

Divyansh Srivastava

Ques. hello, i am divyansh i was planning to buy a laptop and i am confused particularly between these two-
1) acer e5-551g priced at 39000 specs are as-
amd a10 7300/8gb ddr3 ram/DOS/1tb/2gb amd graphics r7 265
2) lenovo ideapad 300 priced at 43000 specs are as-
i5 6200u/4gb ram/DOS/1tb/2gb amd graphics r5 330
i know the acer one simply outperforms the lenovo but should i go to lenovo only for i5 processor in all other specs the acer one is greater???plz tell

Ans. The only reason to go for the lenovo would be the overall reliability based on less hardware failure rates than acer. Performance wise this acer is much better than the lenovo specified.

  1. hi, you are getting more battery capacity, more RAM, LED backlit display. It's the processor that is different. If, it is for domestic usage I think Acer is worth it. You can check the reviews here: http://www.buysmaart.com/Laptops/Acer/Acer-Aspire-E5-551G-Notebook--NX.MLESI.001/200052
