Sony Z Ultra Google Play Edition is out now


Android is the leading Smartphone OS in the market with a share of more than two third of the total smartphone user but most of that share is from the phones that are running on the customized version of the Android though there is no problem in having a customized version of the android but having the stock android will give you a different experience. Till now it was just the Google powered Nexus series that provided Stock android but then LG jumped onto the bandwagon and now Sony has also decided to join the party by announcing the Sony Z Ultra with the stock android or we can say the Google play edition of Sony Z Ultra.

Taking about the looks then Sony Z ultra is a mammoth device that will be put against the likes of Lumia 1520. Sony Z ultra boasts of a 6.4 inch 10809 Display with waterproof & dust resistant design. Sony Z ultra is of 179 x 92 x 6.5 mm in size, weighing just 212 grams.

Talking about the specifications then Sony Z ultra holds a quad-core qualcomm 800 processor clocked at 2.2GHZ the phone is powered by the 2GB Ram. The phone has 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded using the MicrosSd card slot. The Phone runs on a 3000mAh battery that might sound adequate to power this beats of specifications.

Talking about the camera & software then Sony Z ultra has a 8MP primary shooter with 2MP front camera, As Sony Z Ultra is a Google play edition phone so it runs on the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat.

The phone is available in United states with a price of $649.
