Lumia 525 announced with more memory than Lumia 520

When Windows Phone & Microsoft were struggling to gain some thrust in the mobile market, Nokia come up with a weapon armed to take the world with surprise by launching the Lumia 520 which really proved to be a game changer for the windows phone as it not only became the most selling Windows Phone ever but also proved tech pundits wrong about their misconception that Microsoft & Nokia can't really challenge the android in low segment phone's. But now as a little transformation is evident to stay afloat the market so even Lumia 520 need a change not only on cosmetic basis but also with some power in it's core so that's the reason they have decided to Launch Lumia 525 in the market. So just keep reading in the flow what does Nokia is coming up with power change in it's most trusted device.

As per the specifications leaked then Lumia 525 will feature 1GB ram at it's core that is believed to be a really game changer as it will not only be just a upgrade to memory but it will also enable the Lumia 525 to play games & install apps that were available for just top notch windows phone device's till now. Having more RAM in the core will make the Lumia stand against the likes of Lumia 920 & Lumia 820, so that only indicates that this low cost phone is raging a war on all fronts with the other phone's intended to enter this market specially the newly announced Motorola G.

This phone will be too friendly on budget's though it won't won any specification war but that's fine with most of the users. Devices like Lumia 525 are expected to move in large volumes & we think this is the device that will again do wonders for Nokia.

So here is the brief list of features it will have:-

  • 4-inch IPS LCD display (800 x 480) with super sensitive touch at 235 PPI
  • Dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon S4 processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 8GB of on board memory (supports expandable memory with MicroSD cards up to 64GB)
  • Changeable shells - yellow, white, orange, and black
  • 5 MP camera
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • Wi-Fi WLAN IEEE 802.11 b/g/n
  • 1430 mAh battery with a standby time for 14 days

For us everything seems to be perfect except the fact that battery could have been a bit more powerful to make the device invincible leader of low segment. Though phone will surely receive a hefty competition from the Moto G.
