Mecury browser Out to turn up the Heat on Android

There is no doubt that Android have the shear dominance in mobile market now so is it's famous browser Chrome but now it seems it got a serious competitor Mercury browser which had a handy market share on iOS & now ready to rage a browser war on android too. The browser comes bundled with all the options that made it a hit on iOS, such as plugins support, gesture controls, user agent switching and much more.

The Browser offers a beautiful, such a nice touch. You can change themes, allowing a handy but very great choice of a few themes to change the look. Everything is very organized, unlike Safari, you can delete history right in the browser.

This application offers great functionalities like open multiple tabs to view number of pages simultaneously, speed dial for the tabs save pages as favorites for future browsing as well as share information with your friends. With the added advantage it allows you to customize the interface, select the color of your choice and choose the themes according to your mood.

  • Private Mode: Allows you to surf anonymously in the browser without saving any history.
  • Sync: Can synchronize data between your multiple devices So no need to carry around what you were doing previously.
  • User Agent: It can be touted as the USP of the browser as it allows you to make websites think that you are using the browser from a desktop.
  • Adblock: Comes preloaded with the ad block plugin.
I think this browser will surely make a dent in the market of Chrome as Mercury seriously raised the browser standards for all the iOS based devices & no doubt the mercury browser will be a instant hit on the Android.
